Greenman Juice Bar & Bistro
Visiting Rehoboth Beach, Delaware? Looking for tasty, interesting food? This past weekend I answered, "Yes!" to both questions and found myself at Greenman Juice Bar & Bistro on Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. While it feels off the beaten path, it’s very close to all of the beach action, one street over from the main strip.
What it has to offer – breakfast and lunch, no dinner (closes at 4), six days a week (closed on Mondays). I would call their menu creative and thoughtful. There is a wide selection of vegetarian and omnivore options. Salads, sandwiches, quiche, fresh juices, etc. One of the members of our party of four ordered, "The Bellydancer: Whole Wheat Wrap filled with Savory Marinated Tofu, Chickpeas, Golden Raisins, Black Olives, Cucumber, Red Onion, Curried Couscous and Yogurt Sauce." 
"Organic" and "Free-Range" are frequently used on the menu. All four of us were very happy with our meals, which included the "French Hen" egg salad sandwich, a chicken and jalapenos sandwich, and an Indian inspired sandwich made with spinach and goat cheese.
I almost forgot to mention how happy I was about their tea. I ordered the regular iced tea and it was just right. Greenman also features a wide selection of quality hot teas (you can ice those, too) and custom juiced drinks. We had two juices at our table and they were both well-received.
We were tempted to visit Greenman a second time while we were there, but they are closed on Mondays. Our friends who are there for the week promise to check out the breakfast and give us a full report.
